We have an approach to process re-engineering that involves collaboration with all
key stakeholders. This facilitates a comprehensive review of all existing processes,
organisational structures and staffing issues and obtains ‘buy-in’ to agreed changes.
The work is done in three phases:
Phase One: Establish the business plans and goals
Phase Two: Review the existing business processes, structures and staff skills
Phase Three: Design new business processes, structures and staff skills
The approach is action-oriented, highlighting recommendations for any quick wins
as early as possible and resulting in a detailed action plan setting out our proposals
for implementing the revised business processes and our recommendations for implementing
a revised organisation structure.
